The April Fair is the most popular and important festival held in Seville, and takes place during the month of April or May, depending on the year, in a set of booths and amusement park that are installed in the fairground of the Los Remedios neighbourhood. This internationally renowned fair is inaugurated every year with the lighting of the more than 350,000 light bulbs in the so-called "night of the little fish" and that illuminate the main door and the streets of the enclosure, being the most anticipated fair of the year. A whole week of fair, full of flamenco, food, "fine" wine and good humour. A fair not to be missed!

With more than 100 brotherhoods, the Romería del Rocío is one of the most famous and massive pilgrimages that exist, and in which everyone goes properly decked out and on a pilgrimage on foot, on horseback, in carts, towards the hermitage of the village of El Rocío, province of Huelva, to meet with the Virgin of the "Blanca Paloma". The night from Sunday to Monday of Pentecostes, and with the popularly known "leap of the fence", the brotherhood of Almonte walks the Virgin in procession and on shoulders through the village. The Pilgrimage of El Rocío is one of the great and emotional religious manifestations of Andalusia.
