Sevilla airport air traffic tower controlSeville Airport, also known as Seville-San Pablo Airport, is located 10 kilometres northeast of the city of Seville, between the municipalities of Seville and La Rinconada.
The airport has the IATA airport codes SVQ and ICAO LEZL, and is the second airport with the highest number of passengers in Andalusia, after Malaga-Costa del Sol, and is the first in the autonomous community in terms of cargo volume.

The airport is open from 4:30 am to 01:30 am in summer (it is closed at night) and from 5:30 am to 12:00 pm in winter.

Its traffic is mainly domestic, with Barcelona, Madrid and Palma as the main drivers, although in recent years there has been a notable increase in international traffic, with countries such as France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Holland and Portugal at the top of the list.

The airport is open from 4:30 am to 1:30 pm in summer (it is closed at night), and from 5:30 am to midnight in winter.

The airport serves as a base for low-cost airlines such as Vueling and Ryanair. Also located within the airport grounds are the Airbus Defence & Space facilities, belonging to the aerospace company Airbus Group, used for the assembly, overhaul and maintenance of various models of the company's aircraft.

Seville Airport consists of a single terminal building and its design is rooted in Seville's culture, reflecting the most traditional elements of its architecture. Operationally, it has a single runway and a control tower located to the south of the runway.
